South Carolina born, Military Brat, Virginia/DMV Bred, UNC - Chapel Hill Graduate, Denver/DMV resident.

Eboni has 11+ years of experience in General Business, Team, and Salesforce Operations starting her career in Nonprofit and Social Enterprise Leadership. Her professional career and personal interests center around supporting organizations to drive social and economic impact.

How It Started

My dream job as a kid was to become a businesswoman. On August 28, 2020, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.’s March on Washington speech to address economic inequality across all communities, I founded EBI Labs.

Amid Covid-19 and after returning to work from maternity leave, I faced issues advancing in the workplace. I was being ostracized by my team and had enough, so I decided it was time to create a safe environment to grow and scale my expertise. I launched my company by filing for my LLC, and less than a year later, I was fired by my employer and ironically found peace. I took the summer off to collect my emotions and spend time with my 1-year-old daughter. Three months later, I landed my first contract with an international investment banking firm under my LLC, EBI Labs (formerly Ideas Lab).

• Improve website experience. Allow visitors to gain more insights into EBI Labs Brand Story and get actionable resources to improve their organizations and careers.
• Grow within the Salesforce Partner Community. Now certified as Salesforce Administrator and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.
• Grow our client base. We are open to referral partnerships providing 5-10% referral fees for new clients.
• Release more content! Check out our YouTube and Social Media platforms for educational videos and content.
• Prepare​ for investment opportunities.
